I have an iPhone 4S that I have been working on, so as to resolve the technical issue of a common failure in Apple's codec. Since no "Codec" is alledged to exist with Apple's iOs, or "Independent Operating System," the "False" entry cannot be corrected until Apple releases a Patch for it.
Don't worry, there is a solution to this problem, and I will share it here.
When I try to use my phone with my Bluetooth, Siri cannot understand me well enough to learn to say names. Technically, this is the reason that Apple creators and engineers made it possible to utilize phonetics in the first place. So, what happens when you tell Siri, "Call CJ." The name is correct in the phones memory, so Siri promptly finds it, and then says, "Calling False False." Looking at your screen, you will see that Siri is indeed calling the correct number, however, if you are driving, it is unpleasant not being able to look and confirm this, and it would really be nice to have Siri wisen up to smart phone standards.
Basically, what you need to do is just teach Siri to say the name you want her to say, and she will. As far as getting your contact back where it needs to be alphabetically, Apple will have to resolve this in later patches. Just remember, tapping out the first few letters of the name you are wanting to call or text will bring up that name.
