I bought a new iPod and a new iPad Mini ...
I clicked the "Not Now" button . All the apps are now $4.99 and $9.99 etc etc . Where are the free ones , and how can I access them for free download . I don't click on anything that is FREE but has a price tag , and Apple aren't easy on refunding .
