Q: my mac book pro won't recognize my personus 16.4.2 in logic pro x

i have a mac book pro and a persons 16.4.2 mixer. I've already had it working but now it won't recognize the mixer .. any help?

    I just got a MacBook Pro and I am trying to get it to work with PreSonus audio recording software and I am having problems.  When I try to activate the PreSonus software I get an error message and the program shuts down.  Are there any issues running PreSonus software on a brand new MacBook Pro?
