What did you use for a computer?
You should list your computer along with your devices within your profile.
Doing so makes it easier for the ASC to assist you.
Best Regards,

Jul 30, 2014 11:34 AM in response to Marcelyby Michael Murphy3,If you subscribe to iTunes Match, your music is stored in iCloud and you can download it from there. Sign into iTunes & look under Purchased. In your case, first select Music -- Your files should be there. Then select Songs or Albums; then select Not in my library or All; then select (in the bottom right corner) Download All.
Please let us here at the ASC know if this works out for you, okay?
Best Regards,
mm

Jul 31, 2014 8:07 AM in response to Michael Murphy3by Marcely,No, it didnt help! My songs are not there, in the Store...
My Mac Pro is listed along with my iPhone, but my previous computer is not, and I first uploaded my songs to iCloud from that computer.
So, now what? How come the songs that were there before now is not anymore?

Jul 31, 2014 9:12 AM in response to Marcelyby Michael Murphy3,★HelpfulI guess the iTunes store is not recognizing your computer. Did you de-authorise your computer after you uploaded to iTunes Match. Did you register your new computer with a different User ID? Do you have Genius turned on (which needs to be on as it works in conjunction with iTunes Match. Did you authorise your new computer?
You paid for ITunes match & uploaded your songs using a different computer. So there are obviously one or more steps which need to be taken to download your media from the iCloud. Either someone else with more expertise than I can help you, for example, Limnos Limnos ; or King_Penguin King_Penguin or Chris_CA https://discussions.apple.com/people/Chris%20CA would probably be able to help you better than I.
I don't work for Apple, I'm only a volunteer, if you can't get help from someone as mentioned above there's always Kappy (who is extremely busy) Kappy ;
then I would recommend going through the tried and true channel here > http://www.apple.com/support/contact/
Sorry I couldn't solve your problem myself. I'm about ready to retire from this game.
Peace Out.
