SENSE KEY: HARDWARE ERROR...HELP!!!!

I've been burning dvd's for a long time now, but all of a sudden an error has occurred.
I have tried using different software for DVD burning; Popcorn and Toast titanium, but the error occurs to both.

The drive reported an error
Sense Key: Hardware error
Sense Code: 0X03, 0X01

This is my burner:

Matshita DVD - R UJ-825

I am using a 8X DVD-R no name dvd... but i have used these in the past over 50 of them and they worked fine.

I tried burning a music cd (memorex brand) using itunes 7.0 and that worked fine.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT!!! CUZ I DON'T KNOW WHY ITS DOING THIS.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Same here but with CD-R,
I have a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-816
I tried to use:
tdk cd-r, memorex cd-r and verbatim cd-r....
Same result:
he drive reported an error:
Sense Key = ILLEGAL REQUEST
Sense Code = 0x30, 0x05
CANNOT WRITE MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT
What brand should I use?
Is there one that works with my superdrive?

As for DVD-R I use TDK and they work fine...
