Where are the backups of my iPad photos?
iCloud problem
After paying £14 for extra storage and backing up my iPad I can't find my iPad photos on my PC. I have 15Gb of iCloud storage so they should have backed up. Did I waste my money?

Your camera roll photos are included in your iCloud backup by default, but you can only access them by restoring the backup to your iPad. Photo stream photos are not backed up and don't use any of your iCloud storage.
To stream your photos to your PC, set up iCloud on your PC and enable photo stream, as explained here: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html. This will only download photos added to photo stream on your device in the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud. You can also import your photos to your PC with your usb cable as explained here: iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer.
If you purchased the storage upgrade in the last 45 days and don't really need it for your backups and other data, you can contact the Apple online store for your country and inquire about a refund.
