When I print PDF the top of the page is cut off...

I converted a Page document to a PDF and the PDF looks perfect when I open it in Preview, but when I go to print the PDF the top of the page it cutting off about .5 inch. (When I print the original Page document it prints perfectly.) -Any help is much appreciated...Thanks!

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

Usually this happens because Page Setup is set to Any Printer, rather than one with smaller margins. Choose Page Setup, switch it to your printer, and then where it says Page Attributes, save it as default.
