On all my previous iMacs (used or new) when the power button was pressed for just 2-3 seconds the Mac started up but this latest used iMac takes 8-15 seconds. I have had power supplies die before but they would just quit-- period! Any words of wisdom appreciated

There are several major issues, the first is you or someone that has access to your computer has installed CleanMyMac which is considered malware by most experienced users. Locate the developers uninstall instructions and uninstall it immediately. Mac OS was designed from it's very onset to be very secure and does not need any cleaning, antivirus, or ANY third party "maintenance" apps. If kept up-to-date and otherwise left alone Mac OS runs reliably for years for most users.
The next item shown in the report is you have some apps that have left orphans, locate in the EtreCheck report where it says to remove them and follow the on-screen directions.
Finally you have a large amount of software installs that are 100% unnecessary, for example there is no need for any of the Canon apps. Everything they do is already built into Mac OS!
You have also have a large amount of Internet Plugins, get rid of the ones you don't need. One I find very suspicious is Adobe Pepper Flash Player. If you don't know how please read Safari 8 (Yosemite): If you need to remove a plug-in
Finally you have too many startup items and that needs to be fixed. You can do that in System Preferences - Users & Groups - Click the user and click the Startup tab and remove the unnecessary startup items.
I have deleted all the unnecessary items but still have the same issue 😟

I am having the same issue in my iMac 27inch late 2013 model. I tried all the methods but still having the same issue.
Please help, I am worried because I have got apple protection plan which will be going to expire in mid july and dont want to spend my savings on any hardware.
Is there any hardware problem?

CMM is still installed and you still have a large number of launch daemons.
If you cannot get it cleaned up then the best recourse is to do an erase and install and manually install your apps and restore the data files you need.
Your system is a mess, primarily to installing stuff on it that potentially damage Mac OS, I am referring to CMM. The only thing that will fix that is an erase and install.
You would need to boot into the Recovery Partition (Command + R) and use Disk Utility to Erase the HD. Then exit DU and install Mac OS and then manually install 3rd party apps and use your Time Machine backup to restore your critical data files.

Just to point something out... do not try to "recover" your data! Back it up beforehand. Just figured I should say this in case you were thinking you should erase and then try to recover data using a data recovery tool... that is not the right way to go, and will result in data loss if you don't have backups.

If issues persist, your Mac's logic board battery (not a portable Mac's rechargeable battery) may need to be replaced. The logic board battery helps retain NVRAM/PRAM settings when your computer is shut down. You can take your Mac to a Mac Genius or Apple Authorized Service Provider to replace the battery on the logic board.
