Keynote Soundtrack

Keynote presentation on my new iPad mini is set for Self-Playing with music, however the music's timing is off track. It either plays on time, delayed or a head for the slides I have in place. How do I fix this? I have not got an answer by calling Apple Tech. Support or by going to an Apple Store.
