Q: Why won't my iPhone 4s connect to iCloud?

II've got an Apple ID, I've got great wifi( don't tell me I don't because I I'm using all my other apps with it like Facebook) and it keeps saying connection timed out and it won't verify my apple ID and I'm completely outta storage. Help?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.2

You are just trying to log into iCloud in Settings?

YYeah , I'm completely out of storage. It sends me an email to verify my Apple ID , I click on it and put in my info, and it says connection timed out

So you are trying to log into iCloud on the iPhone in Settings, or are you trying to log into it via Safari?
