Q: I can't restore..?

Okay so earlier I updated my Iphone4 to the 7.1.2 update. I did so successfully. After, I attempted to jailbreak my phone..it messed up and my appstore app got deleted!

I'm currently trying to restore my Iphone, but when i do it wants me to update to 7.1.2 which ive already done. It'll pop up as 'downloading' but won't even download. Please help. I really need it.
