Hi Team - I Own a Ipod Nano 1st gereration which is on the recall programe,

I had registered a complaint with the serial number of the Ipod which is YM6321MMWS8 on May 29. during the course of time i failed to send the Instrument to Service Center. last two week back i received email saying that my complaint has been closed,, i visited the Apple Store in Randell Mall Adelaide and the asked me to register a new complaint and take it further.. When i try to Registar a new complaint it gives me an msg ****** This serial number has already been submitted for this program. If you know you have not previously submitted this serial number for this**** can you you please advice me on how do a i ahead and resolve this issue..
