This is a user to user forum: you aren't talking to Apple here. You should take them back to where you got them and ask (or contact them and ask if you got them online).
In what way are you not satisfied? If they are not functioning properly, Apple will replace them at no charge if your iPod is still within the one-year warranty, or within two years if you purchased AppleCare.

That depends on where you bought them. If you got them from the online Apple Store, the number is given at bottom left of this page.
You must have a good reason to ask for a replacement. Saying I'm not satisfied or I don't like them won't cut it. Now is there something technically wrong with the earphones?
