Hello im new to iphone, and I just bought an iPhone 4s. Its used. The model # is MC676LL/A. And on the back of the phone says modle # A1387. I'm runningios version 7.1.2(11D257). The thing is I dont have siri and was wondering how I get it since its an iPhone 4s. Any help would be appreciated!

I would check in Settings to make sure nothing is interfering with it being launched. Otherwise, you may have purchased an iPhone 4 instead of a 4S.
Okay I cant find a voice control or anything in settings. Why would in the about info in the phone say its a 4s and the vack of the phone also??
While the A1387 is a 4S, the model MC676LL/A is for an iPhone 4. It is possible someone replaced the back with the incorrect one. I believe you have an iPhone 4. If you go to the Apple Support page, you can enter the serial number and find out.
Might check in settings>general>restrictions, it is possible to restrict Siri.

Model # MC676LL/A is an iPhone 4, not 4S.
Get a refund.
The weird thing I think is that it has on the outer crome piece the seperated outside like the 4s
That is not the best indicator, since the 4 for GSM looked different than the 4 for CDMA. They came together with the 4S. If the phone is reporting the model number you provided, the phone is an iPhone 4, no matter what.
