I ordered something as a guest, and need to cancel the order but can't because any apple ID I sign in with (or create) is not connected to the order.

I am not sure about this, but I think you can't actually place an order as a guest. You must have logged in on your account using your Apple ID. I suggest that if you believe an order was placed then call Apple:


Apple Store Customer Service at 1-800-676-2775 or visit online Help for more information.


To contact product and tech support: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes
