I ordered something as a guest, and need to cancel the order but can't because any apple ID I sign in with (or create) is not connected to the order.

I am not sure about this, but I think you can't actually place an order as a guest. You must have logged in on your account using your Apple ID. I suggest that if you believe an order was placed then call Apple:

For iTunes: Apple - Support - iTunes.

I know of no way to place an order for ANYTHING from Apple without using an Apple ID.

Have you tried getting in touch with Apple via Kappy's suggestions?

Were you able to solve your issue. I just face the same problem.

I also did order as a guest and can now not cancel a part of an order (a part of the order is already on the way to me).
