"No Limit" Sync Option - Exchange ActiveSync

Using an iPhone 5s with iOS 7.1.2.

Would like to know if I can set my Exchange ActiveSync account to sync all of my email. Currently I only see 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week, and 2 Weeks under the "Mail Days to Sync" options menu. I believe there used to be an option for No Limit.

Is this setting still available? If so, is it a setting configured on the server side (Exchange 2013) to make the option available or is it controlled entirely on the phone itself?
