I have been trying to restore my iPod Touch. I keep getting error messages and I know it is not the connection for the internet. I have done everything that their site says to do and I am still with out a working iPod Touch. Help.

If you no longer own the CDs that you've imported to your iTunes library, retaining the imported copies is not legal.
I am trying to restore my device but I keep getting error messages and I have done everything they say on the site. What can I do now? I really need it to work as I have music that I no longer have the cds for.
