I've looked everywhere, including the link below, but cannot identify my MacBook Pro model. The serial number starts with W8029, but there seems to be no such existing thing. Can anyone help me identify the model?
Menubar->Apple->More info. That window will show you the exact information.
Hi I tried that, but none of the model names in the link match the info on my computer.
Open System Information (Profiler)>Hardware Overview. Note the model Identifier. and if you give us the information, we can identify the model.
Also note the serial number which you can enter in this link and get the details yourself:
