When I go to iCloud on my Imac, Pages is in a Beta version and only in English. On my Mac, Pages is in french! Am I missing something?

Login to your iCloud account with your browser: https://www.icloud.com
Click Pages, on the right, click your Username and choose Account Settings > change the Language to Français

That does not put any menus, etc. or spellcheck into French on my machine. As it says

Yes, the file storage screen is localized, but if you actually create a document you will see that the app itself and all its menus are in English.

There are still huge differences between the iwork web apps and the real app versions for OS X and iOS. Localization/spellcheck are examples. Ask Apple to fix this via
I have to conclude this : no, Pages is not localized for French (In the Cloud), although the envelop is! Dictionnaires suffer from similar consraints. APPLE has to do a better job, as they do for Mac OS.
