Login to your iCloud account with your browser: https://www.icloud.com
Click Pages, on the right, click your Username and choose Account Settings > change the Language to Français

There are still huge differences between the iwork web apps and the real app versions for OS X and iOS. Localization/spellcheck are examples. Ask Apple to fix this via

Aug 1, 2014 6:44 PM in response to Tom Geweckeby Bertrand Morin,I have to conclude this : no, Pages is not localized for French (In the Cloud), although the envelop is! Dictionnaires suffer from similar consraints. APPLE has to do a better job, as they do for Mac OS.
