the new mdm payload does not match the old payload

My certs expired and I got new ones and now my apple profile manager is not sending any commands out to my ipads. I see "pending" under active tasks and when I try to enroll an ipad via the website, I get the following error on the ipad ""the new mdm payload does not match the old payload." Can someone please help me?
