Q: Why can't I receive group messages when my group message setting is on?

Why can't I receive group messages when my group message setting is on? I cannot receive group messages and I have the setting turned on. My phone carrier is through Verizon.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

iOS: Understanding group messaging

Are you provisioned by your carrier to use MMS?

Contact Verizon to resolve the issue.
