wiping corrupted file
My wife’s iPad Model 707LL/A, 64 Gig has been running slowly. She has faithfully backed up to cloud and her MacBook. She wanted to reset all setting and wipe all data. None of her pass codes work. She had reset it in the past from her macbook connected w/ cable without trouble but now gets a “corrupted file” message when she tries it and she is unable to reset the iPad. She is now in no man’s land. Can’t backup, cant reset. Any thought would be greatly appreciated
