I'm having a problem logging into my telegraph account with safari browser, anyone else with a logging in problem?

I'm having a problem logging in to my Telegraph account using the Safari browser, I contacted the Telegraph media services and below is their response:

Further to your enquiry I am sorry to learn that you have encountered issues logging into your puzzles account.

I am sorry to advise that there appears to have been an update on the Safari browser which is preventing users logging in.

I can only suggest to use a different internet browser to access the puzzles until Safari are able to fix the issue with their browser.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The Problem started about a week ago, does anyone know if there was an automatic update in the last ten days or so and are there any others Safari users experiencing similar problems?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

Ljnc, Tried your suggestion and no luck, tried another browser - Google and this doesn't work either suggesting it's a telegraph problem. Do you know when Safari was last updated as the problem occurred about 10 days ago? Looking at this thread it appears that several telegraph account holders are experiencing the same problem, thx for suggestion anyway.
