Aug 24, 2014 3:55 AM in response to Marco Loraby fuzzbuzz06,I too ran into the same Problem where my Documents and Data cannot be reset from iCloud.com and i had to revert back to Mavericks after trying Yosemite Beta 1. So i will wait until the GM is Released to resolve my Syncing issues.
My problem started when my Keyboard Shortcuts on my iPhone got Lost when i Restored my iPhone and my Keyboard Shortcuts on my iPhone 5s would not sync with the Shortcuts on my Mac.
I can see the Shortcuts on my Mac in the System Prefs, (Keyboard - Text Section) but they will not show up on my iPhone and i do not want to re-enter all those Shortcuts into my iPhone, so I will just wait for the iOS 8 & OSX 10.10 Yosemite GM Release.
I will not blame Apple because OSX 10.10 is in Beta and they warned us that we should try at our own risk so to a blame Apple is Foolish and misguided.

Sep 15, 2014 2:14 AM in response to Chale Boyby giorgioval87,Same sync issues on our app, we've iOS8 GM on iPhone and iPad but still Mavericks on Mac.
After upgrading to iCloudDrive all old files in the container became hidden files with ".icloud" extension.
We're unable to reset documents and data from iCloud.com and resetting devices gave no effect.
Our app cannot download these files.
We hope that this is an Apple's issue or something like that and that it will be resolved before the final release.

Sep 26, 2014 1:55 AM in response to giorgioval87by Far1,I too am having this problem. I have spoken to 5 different AppleCare support agents in the last 6 days, with no progress on the issue.
The support agents all say that they can see my data by viewing my iCloud documents and data on their systems. The files are there. They even give me the individual filenames. Then they tell me there's nothing they can do to get the files to sync to my devices.
What bugs me here is that I waited until iCloud Drive was out of beta and available on my iPhone running the release version of iOS 8, to upgrade. This is a release product that has failed. And so far, they are all saying that nothing can be done about it.
Meanwhile I have hundreds of work documents stuck in the cloud with no backup on any of my devices...
