Delete an unknown App

Hi

I have a app dont know how its got installed but when i tried to delete the app by holding the app and select cross it is not deleting. and also i dont want to restore my iphone because it contain lots of data and also my last backup contain that app. Could you please suggest is there any other way to delete the app from my phone.

PFA attach screenshot of my phone where the app name is "waiting.." I want to delete that file. I dont want it to download thats wht it is in waiting, other wise it has some chines name.
