Download MP3 zip files and save in iTunes

I need to download a whole lot of zipped MP3 audio files to my iPad, and save them in iTunes. Anyone know the best way of doing this?

I have iZip and can download the zipped MP3s into iZip but am struggling to figure out how to transfer them into iTunes.

Anyone able to help? I do not want to listen to them through the audio application in iZip.
