iphoto: add description in 'places'

iphoto: add description in 'places'

I'd like to add description to 'places' for my photo group because map permits to add address but it doesn't find description, for example "hospital xxxx" so it's hard by only 'address+city' to remember where I was! suggestions please?

First assign a place based on then address, and then go to the menu "Windows > Manage My Places".

In the "Manage My Places" window you can rename the place by typing into the name field.

You can also adjust the size of the place, if your places are overlapping.
