I can't work longer than about one hour with my fully charged (NEW) Mobee battery. Is this normal or did they deliver a defect battery.

Doesn't sound normal. Where did you order it from. If a local store, take it back.

I ordered it from the Apple Store (The Netherlands) but I'm in direct contact with Mobee now. They asked for pictures of the battery and charger pad. Waiting for their answer.

You should have noo problem in getting a refund or a replacement. Here is Mobee's route to those ends.

Co-incidence but I have just got back from Maastricht. Glad to see I have helped, thank you for the stars.
That's a nice place to be. Lots of beer and nice "vlaai's".
This morning I received an email from Mobee to send them my full address and in return they will send me a new battery pack. Nice solution to my opinion.
By the way, sorry to read about that Castle, mine's in Scotland near the river Dee and also far from owning it :-)
