I would need a little more information regarding your system specifications and type of internet connection you are using to provide an answer. However, this may be an issue with the download speed of your connection. I would first try closing iTunes and then relaunch the program. Once this is done, test to see if the movie download has been completed. You can also attempt to cancel the download and download it again via your past purchases.
