Can I add lyrics to music score in GarageBand ?

No, GarageBand does not support advanced features to create an elaborate score. You cannot add the song lyrics. It will show you the midi notes on the staffs, but you have nearly no control over the layout. If you want to create a musical score, use other applications. like Logic or Finale.
