What do you 'redome my account' ? If you're redeemed a $10 gift card onto your account then to buy buy something click on its price in the store.
If you haven't yet redeemed the gift card : Redeeming iTunes Gift Cards and content codes

That's right that's was I mean . I charge it but nothige upgrade the account .
If you've redeemed the card onto your account and your balance has updated (and you didn't owe iTunes any money) then try logging out of your account on the device/computer that you are using and then log back in and see if the balance then updates. If it doesn't then try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can help with what happened to the amount : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

If there is a purchase on your account that you didn't make, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
