Netflix

I am having problems with watching Netflix on my Apple TV over wireless broadband (unfortunately not possible to connect it by cable). Whatever I watch, usually after 5-10 minutes some kind of error occurs which takes me back to either the Netflix home screen or the "play episode"-screen. Restarting it will happen again, and again throughout the episode/movie irregularly. I have a Smart-TV with Netflix which I have used instead, since I have not experienced this or any other problem there. I like the Apple TV interface better than the one for Smart-TV, so I'd like to get things back to how it used to be.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Any suggestions on what can be done about it?

Thanks!

Hello slemma,

It sounds like you are unable to use the Netflix app on the Apple TV because it keeps going back to the Home Screen. If you've been restarting the Apple TV by unplugging the power cable, then restart it wit this process and test it out again:

If the issue persists you may need to restore your Apple TV with a MicroUSB cable and your computer:
