GO to appleid.apple.com tsp find my apple id. Fill up the form and put in all of your email addresses. If one of those matches, you found your apple id

Answer the security questions or get Apple to send you an unlock code to your phone, you need your Apple ID to unlock your iPod though, best of luck

Yo have to recover use of the account last used for Settings>iCloud on the iPod
