A rental movie stopped in the middle of watching and won't resume playing. What do I do?
Also I don't have time to watch the rest of it within 24 hours even if it should restart.
Settings - iTunes - check for rentals. If it doesn't appear initially, log out and back into your account
However, if you are unable to watch the rental within the allotted timeframe you will need to rent it again or contact iTunes.
That didn't work at all.
Now the 24 hour window has run out and I still could not load the movie.
The movie appeared in rentals, but would not load.
If it's passed 24 hours then that it is why it won't load, contact iTunes

However it would not load before the 24 hours was gone either.
There could have been some areas to look into. Unfortunately, that is moot now since the rental has expired.
