Where are the 'Pound' and 'Euro' symbols on my Mac Pro Keyboard?

Where are the 'Pound' and 'Euro' symbols on my Mac Pro Keyboard?

The wired keyboard which came with my Mac Pro has no Pound symbol and no Euro symbol. Are there alternative key for these? And if there are not, why not? Could I have been sent an American keyboard in error?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)
