Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you're trying to play one or more tracks in iTunes and the another track starts playing instead. The quickest and easiest way to resolve the issue you described will be deleting and downloading the track(s) again or re-create the iTunes library, as described in the articles below.
