Will my Iphone 5C be under warranty?

Hello everyone,

Basically I bought my iPhone 5C from carphone warehouse on o2 late in the month last September. I was wondering if these Iphones come with a year warrenty? All I have as proof of purchase is a receipt which I was asked to date from carphone warehouse showing when my contract started. Would this be enough? I was going to take it into the store this week as the screen has popped out of its casing for some reason.

PS They might tell you to take it to the Apple Store. In any case the warranty is valid. If they determine that the screen came loose because of accidental damage, the warranty is void.
