Q: taking me to OS X Utilities

My MacBook Pro with OS X, its taking me to recovery utilities, but it does not mount the single default installed partition. When i do repair disk, it gives " Invalid Content in journal and invalid B-tree node size.

Nor i can anything under Time machine backups, I am fully stuck, how to recover my data.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

OS X Mavericks: Recover your entire system

Alternatively you can try running fsck in single user mode.
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck

I can get into single mode,but /sbin/fsck -fy checks the OS X base system volume. Its not checking the "Macintosh HD" the main hard drive. I think its not mounting the drive.

Have the hard drive checked out at an Apple store or AASP.

Genius bar does not charge to diagnose.

It could be the flex cable connection, or hard drive bracket, or the hard drive its self.
