screen saver photos and added movie poster / pictures / trailers

I have set my apple TV screensaver to photos last 12 months, it shows those pics quite happily.

However, it also shows movie posters which I don't want to display.

Is there anyway I can stop the movie posters from being shown also, bearing in mind they are not my posters and must be coming from the Apple TV or I tunes .

Also, when I open my Mac and edit my photo stream the old photos are still being displayed on my screen saver, it also says there are only 306 photos in my photo stream when there are in fact well over 1000 in my photo stream , why are they being limited?
