My mum's iPhone5 keeps sending messages to my son's iPhone 5C when she is messaging mine iPhone 5S. How do I stop this happening?
My son & I are on the same iTunes account & mum is on a different account. The iMessages are switched on all phones. I have changed the settings to remove the iCloud use but this hasn't fixed the issue
If you're using the same apple id for imessage then both of you will receive the imessage.
ON both phone go to settings - message - send&receive - remove or uncheck the apple id. Do the same for start a new conversation.

Settings > Messages > Send & Receive
Then you should see a list (maybe only one) of emails under "YOU CAN BE REACHED BY IMESSAGE AT" and "START NEW CONVERSATION FROM"
You want to remove or uncheck the email address that you & your mum are sharind (which SHOULD be the same as your Apple ID).
Also, it is bad form to share Apple IDs. (You will probably have more of these kinds of problems in the future.) You should each have your own Apple ID and use Family Sharing instead if there is content you need to share . These should get you started:
