Problems connecting to WIFI from HotelNet

I am currently working in germany and my accomodation WIFI is not working properly.

The internet provider is kraftcom and the WIFI Hotelnet.

I initially gained access for the weekend by selecting the WIFI and entering the Username and Password they had allocated me like normal.

But after a few day I lost the automatic connection to WIFI.

I tried to reconnect but now cant get through to the login page. All that happens now is it brings up the initial page where you then press the login button (which is meant to take you to the login page) and then it loads a support page for a second, and then returns to that same page with the login button.

on the top it has "http://10.0.2.1

and the support page has a few address on it but nothing I can click in time.
