Is it a problem if my macbook air changer is super hot while I'm charging my MacBook Air? If so help!

Check the connection points on the charger and the MBA. Make certain that they are clean. If there is any discoloration, that is a bad sign. If no success, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a FREE evaluation.

Battery getting "super hot" is not normal.
Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
If this does not help, contact Apple.

Yeah I just got my macbook like 2 days ago so it's the legit charger but it get super hot wen I charge my Mac with it
The answer depends on just how hot is "super hot". It is normal for it to become quite warm. If you can burn yourself by touching it, that's too hot. If you can't, it's OK.
