Q: itunes Page On Ipad Mini Froze

Why did my itunes page freeze while trying to figure out how to use existing Apple ID that has never been used yet in the Apple store because I don't have a credit card?

Reset the device:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Using an existing Apple ID with the iTunes Store and Mac App Store
If it's available, you can select None for payment method > iTunes Store: Changing account information
Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?
