Q: When I try to Purchase an app update it says " Your Puchase could not be completed"

When I try to Purchase an app update it says " Your Puchase could not be completed" and No matter how many time I try to close the app and reconnet it still would not let me purchase, but I was able to purchase the app updates prior to this.
