com.adobe.fpsaud.plist

Hi,

I have this application (com.adobe.fpsaud.plist) loaded in my computer and I would like to know if I need it or if I can remove it (check the EtreCheck log) below.

Recently I received a message from google saying I was posting a lot of requests and I couldn't make a search at that time. After this event, I decided to remove all things I do not know why they serve. If I can remove this, please explain me how to do it.

You certainly can if you wish. Flash has almost no use anymore. YouTube has converted (or are still finishing) converting every video on their site to MP4 so they play in HTML5. No need for any kind of add on to view a video. Older systems will still see items on YouTube via Flash since the older browsers don't support HTML5. But I would bet that at some point, YouTube is going to simply delete all Flash video from their servers.

Other than that, Flash has practically been reduced to being used for ads. No Flash, no annoying ads playing on the sites you visit.
