Q: Application Downloading IOS 7.1.X Update

I Think that when downloading a large app, it is very difficult to log in, especially with a worded password, just to find out how much of it is downloaded.  If you could update IOS 7 to make this easier, that would be fantastic.  I do have one idea, that I think is worth hearing out.  When you hit that power button and view the lock screen, you get notifications.  Why not only have a notification about finished downloads, which is also part of my idea, but have a current-time download meter.  Possibly the circular clock-like download signal that is used in the current software.  It would make my life a whole lot easier, and would appreciate the consideration of this update.
