Sony RAW and JPEG files unsupported by Aperture 3....help please Sony rx100 m3

Something else must be wrong. JPEGS should work fine. How are you getting them into Aperture?

Are you trying to import RAW&JPEG pairs? Try to set the Import settings in the Import panel to import with the JPEG selected as the original file.
If that does not work, try to import JPEG files only.
Are you still getting the error message?
Thanks very much leonie and Keith, I'm so used to using RAW only with my Large Nikon files that I did import Raw+JPEG Pairs and hadn't tried JPEG alone or as original. Importing is fine with JPEG as original or alone. This camera is just for the times when I can't carry my large cameras or don't want to remove the large lens. So JPEG will be fine and if Apple add RAW that will be a bonus (as RAW is still an unsupported image format).
