No.
Since I'm obviously able to post into already existing discussions (but get the originally reported error when trying to start a new discussion), perhaps someone who can start new discussions would be kind enough to start one for me (to which I'd add further comments)? If so, the subject would be "Prevent screen lock for ipad 7.1.2". It would be for product="iPad 2", os="iOS 7.1.2". If you file a put a link here, that could be a horrible workaround...
I've tried to submit a couple of questions, but keep getting an error saying that I'm not allowed to "create or update this content." Why do I get the error message?
