Q: My MacBook Pro is running really slow.
Hey. My MBP has been running very slow for some time, and its becoming very frustrating. Straight after I start it up it starts running slow...I have 'Memory Clean' (not sure whether this is helpful or not) and as soon as i my Macbook loads it tells me i have less than 25MB of RAM available, so i have to use the clean memory function, yet this doesn't really seem to release much RAM.
Here is my EtreCheck report:

Also when copying the following into the 'Command' utility...
syslog -k Sender kernel -k Message CReq 'Channel t|GPU D|I/O|find tok|n Cause: -' | tail | open -ef
...(based on the advice of another user - Linc Davis - from a previous thread). I get the following message appear in a new TextEdit window...
..."Aug 4 16:05:30 [***MY NAME***] kernel[0] <Debug>: nspace-handler-unblock: did not find token 638"...
...which apparently should appear blank.
Please any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need any more info please just ask . Thanks.

You have installed several troublemakers. First uninstall Avast. I can't think of any commercial AV products that won't degrade perforamcen. The only real current threat to your Mac is adware and most AV programs won;t pick those up anyway.
Unistall the Trusteer software. In spite of legitimate efforts by its developer to make it mac-Friendsly , it continues to cause probelms, especially with Safari. Uninstall instructions here:
http://www.trusteer.com/support/uninstalling-rapport-mac-os-x
In Safari, diable extensions for now.
Cleaning Apps are useless. The Mac OS takes care of just about anything a cleaning app claims to do.
After doing what I've suggested, please test and report back so we can see if some of the other third-party stuff you have is still affecting performance. You ave some with which I am not familiar.
